All of these elements taken together define the Temple Companies community that you’ll be proud to call home.
Going Beyond Home and Community Design
As Brian Temple says in the video above, The Temples Companies offers well thought and well planned manufactured home communities that provide more than a beautiful home and environment. Our goal continues to be holistic, that is, to provide a way of life that supports physical and social positivity.
Our communities include three independent living, age-restricted communities for those who want to downsize and live a more maintenance–free lifestyle – Summerfields West, Delta Hawaii, and Pine Ridge South. In some cases (not all), older adults move to these communities when they are recently retired, when their family home seems too large to manage, or they decide to downsize, or are simply planning for a new, and simpler lifestyle.
Our communities provide this style of living, which allows older adults to remain autonomous but offers specific amenities that match the lifestyle and maintenance-free living with structured activities, socialization and opportunities to enjoy the landscaped outdoors, and more.
A Sense of Community and Freedom
One of the main differences between living in our Summerfields Friendly Village community and a typical stand-alone residential neighborhood is the sense of community that is enjoyed by the residents. This feeling can have a significant influence on a person’s well-being and quality of life. We believe this is one of the biggest benefits of living in one of our lifestyle communities. Of course there is also the freedom of maintenance-free living. The point has always been to create a true way of living that supports daily living.
